Authorities arrested a suspected big-time drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Panglao on Wednesday night. Capt. Romar Labasbas, chief of Panglao Police Station, identified the suspect as  Jonar Toroba Cutamora, 29, a resident of Barangay Soom, in Trinidad town.
