Authorities arrested a suspected big-time drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Panglao on Wednesday night.

Capt. Romar Labasbas, chief of Panglao Police Station, identified the suspect as Jonar Toroba Cutamora, 29, a resident of Barangay Soom, in Trinidad town.

Police said Cutamora is a big time distributor of shabu.

Also arrested were Cutamora’s cohorts identified as Evander Chatto, alias Van, 27, a resident of Barangay Ubujan, Tagbilaran City; and Lorenzo Jaculba, alias Kiking, 37, a resident of Barangay Manga, Tagbilaran City.

They were arrested in a buy-bust operation by policemen, Bohol Maritime Police and agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2020 in Barangay Danao, Panglao.

The arresting team seized from the possession of Cutamora some 110 grams with an estimated value of P748,000.

The suspects remain in detention while charges for violation of Art II of Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being prepared against them.
