A former radio personality was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Tuesday.
Police Captain Romar Labasbas, team leader First District Drug Enforcment Unit (DEU), identified the suspect as Roberto “Batchoy” Alba, 67, a resident of Purok 2 in Barangay San Isidro, Tagbilaran City.
Alba, also a former barangay kagawad, was arrested in a joint buy bust operation by the first district DEU, Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB), and 703rd Maritime Police at Poblacion 2, Cogon, Tagbilaran City.
Seized from the suspect were sachets of suspected shabu which weighed 2 grams with an estimated value of P13, 600 and drug paraphernalia.
Meanwhile, Tagbilaran City police also an alleged shabu dealer in a buy bust operation Sunday.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Oscar Boyles, chief of Tagbilaran City Police, identified the suspect as Michael Lumanta Adorable, 35, a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Booy in Tagbilaran City.
Adorable was arrested along Tabacco Street corner C. Putong, in Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City.
Seized from the suspect were sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P27,200.
