Bohol’s no. 4 provincial most wanted suspect arrested in Alburquerque

A 21-year-old man listed as the no. 4 most wanted person at the provincial level was arrested by police during an operation in Barangay Dangay, Alburquerque, Bohol on July 15.

The arrest was carried out by personnel of the Alburquerque Municipal Police Station under OPLAN Manhunt Charlie.

Police said the suspect is facing three counts of statutory rape. The court reportedly did not recommend bail for his temporary release.

Authorities said the successful operation marks a significant accomplishment in their ongoing campaign to track down wanted persons and strengthen public safety, particularly in protecting children and vulnerable members of the community.

The suspect was taken into police custody and will undergo the appropriate legal proceedings.

Police reiterated their commitment to pursuing wanted individuals and ensuring that justice is served throughout the province.
