TAGBILARAN CITY — A 63-year-old woman was killed after she was repeatedly hacked and stabbed by her neighbor and alleged partner in Barangay Cansumbol, Bilar, Bohol on Tuesday evening.
The suspect later died by suicide, police said.
The victim was identified as Carmen Bilaco, a separated woman. The suspect was identified only by the alias Barok, 58, who was also separated from his wife.
According to the Bilar Municipal Police Station, the incident occurred at around 6:30 p.m. while the victim was inside her house.
