The Police Regional Office -7 confirmed on Friday that Police Captain Elstone Dabon Jr. is the new chief of Argao Police Station.
Dabon, 25, was the deputy station commander of Abellana Police Station. He was also assigned at Regional Intelligence Division in Central Visayas (RID-7).
Dabon replaced Police Major Ildefonso Miranda after he was relieved from his post. He was arrested on Thursday night after police received information that two women were detained at Miranda’s office instead of the station’s detention cell.
