INABANGA, BOHOL – A 22-year-old Grade 10 student was arrested in a buy-bust operation that led to the seizure of one kilo of suspected shabu worth P6.8 million in Barangay Tungod, Inabanga late evening of July 17, 2025.
The suspect, a resident of Barangay Mantatao, Calape, is tagged as a high-value individual (HVI) in the illegal drug trade.
The operation was led by Cpt. Albert Sator of Inabanga Police, in coordination with the Provincial Intelligence Unit and Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of Bohol Provincial Police Office (BPPO) under Col. Arnel Banzon.
“Kini nga malampusong operasyon klaro nga mensahe sa mga nagpadayon sa ilegal nga druga sa atong probinsya—hapit na ang inyong kataposan. Ang pagkasikop sa usa ka high-value individual usa ka dakong kadaugan alang sa katawhan sa Bohol, ” Banzon said.
BPPO spokesperson Lt. Col. Norman Nuez assured the public that the police will sustain their all-out campaign against illegal drugs.
