Two men were rescued by police officers Sunday morning, July 9, after their boat capsized off the Balicasag Island, authorities said.
Around 11 a.m., the Bohol Tourist Police Unit said that when Staff Sergeant Neil Frederick Beldoro and Police Corporal Renato Tubio were patroling they saw the boat capsized.

the boatman and the foreigner identified as Mani Singh, 22, who is currently residing at Barangay Tiptip in Tagbilaran City.
Sigh, a businessman, was on his way to Balicasag Island to deliver goods when big waves knocked down their boat.
They were safely brought to Balicasag Island.
