A former member of the Bohol Provincial Police Office was arrested after authorities allegedly found shabu on Sunday night, July 9.
Panglao police reported that Victor Licayan De Castro, alias ” Jacky” was arrested during an anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Tawala in Panglao town.
More or less 6 grams of suspected shabu with estimated Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) value of P40,000, was seized.
Police also said that a complaint for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act will be filed against the suspect.
