With Typhoon Odette (international name Rai) now classified as a typhoon, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 is up in eastern portion of Bohol, state weather bureau Pagasa said.

According to the latest weather bulletin issued by Pagasa at 5 p.m. on Wednesday,
Signal No. 2 raised in following towns:

Garcia Hernandez
Jagna
Sierra Bullones
Talibon
Dagohoy
Trinidad
San Miguel
Pilar
Duero
Guindulman
Anda
Candijay
Alicia
Mabini
Ubay
Bien Unido
Pres. Carlos P. Garcia

According to Pagasa, the center of Odette was last seen 485 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur moving westward at 20 kph.

Odette is also carrying maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center with strong winds or higher extending outwards up to 330 km from the center.

“Odette is forecast to move west-northwestward until this afternoon or evening, then westward thereafter,” Pagasa said.
