The Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Archbishop Charles John Brown, will be in the Diocese of Tagbilaran on Saturday, Dec. 11, for a two-day pastoral visit.

Bishop Abet Uy confirmed the visit of the Vatican official on his Facebook post.

It will be the first time that Brown will visit the Diocese of Tagbilaran.

Highlight of Brown’s visit will include the ceremonial turnover of the reconstructed Holy Cross Parish Church and Diocesan Shrone of St. Vincent in Maribojoc town on Sunday, Dec. 12.

Ambassador of Spain in the Philippines Jorge Moragas Sanchez and Bishops Antonieto Cabahug, Crispin Varquez, Julito Cortes, Leonardo Medroso, Arturo Bastes, SVD, Romulo Valles and Patrick Daniel Parcon are expected to attend the event.

Brown will deliver his Homily which will be concelebrated by Bishop Abet Uy.
