Engr. Roger Cadorniga of the Labor Party Philippines (LPP) filed his Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for representative of the 3rd District of Bohol at the Office of the Provincial Election Supervisor, Commission on Elections, in Tagbilaran on Saturday October 2.
Cadorniga, who hails from Duero town, is a contractor.
The Truth and Integrity Network (TIN) reported that all projects assessed in the district were properly implemented, fully documented, and compliant with government standards.
