Engr. Roger Cadorniga of the the Labor Party Philippines (LPP) filed his Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for representative of the 3rd District of Bohol at the Office of the Provincial Election Supervisor, Commission on Elections, in Tagbilaran on Saturday October 2.
