A 30-year-old man, depressed over a recent break-up with his girlfriend, allegedly committed suicide in an island barangay in Talibon town.
According to a police report, at 3 a. m. on Wednesday (Sept. 15, 2021) residents found the lifeless body of a man hanging at the basketball ring.
According to the statement of the victim’s family, the night before his death, the victim was drinking liquor with his friends who shared that he was depressed because his girlfriend broke up with him.
Police said there was no signs of foul play in the death of the said man.
