Due to the increasing infection among the employees, the Bohol Capitol was closed for disinfection since Thursday, April 29.
At least 91 Capitol employees were infected. They were from General Service Office, Provincial Treasurer, Provincial Accounting, Budget Office, Office of the Governor and Office of the Vice Governor.
According to Gov. Art Yap in interview with Capitol-paid radio program on Thursday, the cases prompted the two-day “clean break” for disinfection.
Regular office operations will resume on Monday, May3.
Bohol has now 834 active cases and 40 deaths.
