Another person died of the new coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in Bohol, bringing the number of deaths in the province to 11, Dr. Cesar Tomas Lopez announced on Tuesday, November 3.
The latest death was a 68-year-old man from Tubigon town who was admitted at Don Emilio Del Valle Memorial Hospital in Ubay town.
He died last November 1 due to. septic shock secondary to Covid-19 confirmed pneumonia.
Gov. Arthur Yap asked residents to follow minimum health protocols.
“Pahinumdom alang sa tanan: magpabilin ta nga mabinantayon sa kanunay ug sundon nato ang atong mga protocols. Wash hands, wear masks and keep distance,” Yap said on his Facebook account.
Bohol has registered 11 deaths due to Covid-19.
As of Tuesday, Bohol has 559 confirmed cases of Covid-19 with 127 active cases and 421 recovered cases.
