Police have arrested Marcelito Luison Pitlo, 52, a resident of Purok 4 in Barangay Poblacion, Sta. Josefa, Agusan del Sur and presently residing at Purok 7 Sitio Fatima, Barangay Bacong in Anda, Bohol, for four counts of rape.
At around 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, Anda Police led by Lt. Joseph Joy Mandal served alias warrant of arrest against Pitlo issued by Executive Judge Lou Nueva of Regional Trial Court Branch 55, Tenth Judicial Region Trento in Agusan del Sur
No bail bond was recommended.
Pitlo has been hiding for three years.
Accused is now detained at Anda Police Station custodial facility.
