Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Bohol and Dauis Police Station arrested an alleged drug den operator and his five patrons during a raid here on Friday night, August 7.
The buy-bust operation was conducted in Barangay Totolan in Dauis town.Arrested were Mark James Pocoy, alias Jimboy/Pocoy, 27, the subject and drug den maintainer.
Also arrested were Pocoy’s live-in partner, Princess Andal, 31; and drug den visitors Roel Ayala, 48; Wilbert Naparan, 42; Archie Lomonsod, 39; and Elmer Cuambot, 47.
Confiscated during the operation were three (3) packs of suspected shabu weighing more or less 6.5 grams worth around P44,200, one (1) digital weighing scale, empty sachets with traces of suspected shabu, buy-bust money, and various drug paraphernalia.
Cases for violation of Article II of RA 9165 will be filed against the suspects.
