The Department of Health on Monday reported 11 new COVID-19 deaths, with the total number of confirmed cases now at 3,660.
DOH also recorded 414 new cases of the viral disease in the country. As of 4 p.m., the death toll stands at 163.
Nine new patients have also recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 73.
According to the Johns Hopkins University COVID-19 global tracker, over 1.2 million people in 180 countries are infected with the disease, while 69,514 have been killed by the dreaded virus.
Meanwhile, there are no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Central Visayas as of Monday, April 6, 2020.
