Just after Tropical Depression “Marilyn” exited the country, another tropical depression was spotted outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), the state weather bureau Pagasa said on Sunday.

In its weather bulletin, the state weather bureau said the tropical depression was spotted 2,570 kilometers east-northeast of the Visayas.

Since it is still far from the country, the weather disturbance has yet to have a direct effect.

Habagat would affect southern Luzon and the rest of Visayas.
