TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol — The 2026 Sandugo One Town, One Product (OTOP) Trade Expo generated P36.65 million in cash and booked sales, surpassing its P25-million sales target by 47 percent, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Bohol announced.
Held from July 14 to 19 at the Island City Mall, the annual trade fair featured 162 exhibitors from 12 regions across the country, showcasing furniture, processed food, health and wellness products, wearables, and home décor.
The sales performance exceeded last year’s P23.25 million total, reflecting the continued growth of the event, which has become one of the country’s longest-running provincial trade fairs.
Furniture posted the highest sales at P16.69 million, followed by wearables and homestyles with P10.37 million, processed food with P9.14 million, and health and wellness products with P440,545.
DTI also reported that total sales could have reached P43.46 million if transactions still under negotiation were included.
Launched in 1989 as a small showcase for Boholano artisans and food processors during the Sandugo Festival, the Sandugo OTOP Trade Expo has evolved into a premier marketing platform for MSMEs from across the Philippines.
