TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol — An administrative officer of the Bohol Island State University (BISU)-Candijay Campus was found dead on Tuesday, July 21, after being reported missing for two days.
The identity of the officer is being withheld pending an official statement from the victim’s family and the university.
Initial information indicated that the administrative officer had been missing for two days before being found lifeless. Authorities have yet to determine the circumstances surrounding the death.
Police have launched an investigation to establish the cause of death and determine whether foul play was involved.
As of this writing, authorities have not released additional details, including the identity of the victim, as the investigation remains ongoing.
