TAGBILARAN CITY— The Philippine Coast Guard has suspended all sea travel in Eastern Bohol on Friday, November 7, as Tropical Storm Uwan brings strong winds and rough seas to the region.

The suspension covers routes in Getafe, Talibon, Buenavista, Trinidad, Ubay, Alicia, Mabini, Bien Unido, and President Carlos P. Garcia, according to a notice issued by the Coast Guard Station Eastern and Western Bohol.

Several ferry trips were also cancelled in Tubigon and those of OceanJet, SuperCat, Lite Ferries, and Meme 8, affecting routes between Bohol, Cebu, and other nearby islands.

The Coast Guard said voyages will resume once weather and sea conditions improve.
