LOBOC, BOHOL — Senator Bong Go visited Bohol on Friday, July 11, marking his first trip to the province since winning his Senate seat.

In Alburquerque town, Go led the inauguration of the new Barangay Bahi Multi-Purpose Building and inspected the public market and tennis court — all projects he supported.

He then attended Loboc’s 428th foundation day and 3rd Suba Festival as guest of honor, where he emphasized his commitment to grassroots development and accessible healthcare.

Go called on PhilHealth to raise awareness of members’ rights under the Universal Health Care law and pushed for stronger ID systems to access free services.

He also asked Boholanos to pray for former President Rodrigo Duterte.

“Please pray for his health, freedom and safety,” he said.
