The University of Bohol (UB) welcomed the launch of Vibes 105.5 FM, a new radio station in the Visayas region that officially went on air on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
Broadcasting from the Cristal Towers along Dr. Cecilio Putong Street in Tagbilaran City, Vives 105.5 FM aims to enhance communication and entertainment across the region.
Owned and operated by Veritas Media Art, Inc., Vibes 105.5 FM serves as a dynamic platform that strengthens connections among Boholanos and neighboring communities throughout the Visayas. With a diverse line-up of news and information, music and storytelling, and interactive programs, the station is set to engage and inform listeners.
With Vibes FM’s extensive reach across the province, UB has partnered as a top advertiser to effectively promote its various academic programs and student services. Each department is given a dedicated segment to advocate its community initiatives, ensuring greater awareness and engagement. Recently, the College of Law announced the upcoming launch of its legal services on air, further extending UB’s commitment to public service and education.
