A Boholano placed 8th in the October 2021
Electronics Engineer (ECE) board examination.
Jacgil Antoni Banda Oculam of University of San Carlos garnered a score of
88.10 percent, the eight highest score in the exams. He tied with Johaimen Omar of Mindanao State University-Marawi.
Oculam hails from Barangay Bahi in Alburquerque town.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Romuga placed third among the 710 out of 1,484, passed the Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination and 738 out of 974 passed the Electronics Technician Licensure Examination.
