The Covid-19 death toll puts the disease firmly among the leading causes of death in the province of Bohol.
As of Monday (Oct. 11), Bohol Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF) has reported 506 total Covid-19 deaths.
The increase in coronavirus infections appear to be slowing with 19 new infections but the health systems capacity remains at high risk.
There were 1,024 total active cases.
Bohol has 19,049 total infections.
BIATF said that Bohol has now fully vaccinated 209,453 residents, giving them a full protection against the serious effects of Covid-19.
The same report showed that another 186,456 Boholanos completed the first dose of the vaccines and in at most 28 days, would need another jab to complete their protection.
The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) – Bohol reported that ther are only 71,000 doses on stock, if only to make sure those given the first shot could attain full protection within the month, Bohol would still need at least 114,473.
