Bohol province recorded 229 new Covid-19 cases, the provincial government said on Thursday, September 2, 2021.
With the new cases, the number of active cases rose to 1,970.
The Covid-19 tracker showed that Tagbilaran City has 62 infections, followed by Carmen town with 24 cases, Ubay town with 19 cases, San Miguel with 14 cases, Panglao with 13 cases and Dagohoy with 12 cases.
Bohol has 4 new Delta variant cases.
Bohol has a cumulative total of 13, 490 Covid-19 cases as of Sept. 2 with 286 deaths.
