A 34-year-old woman was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Thursday night in Purok 5 in Barangay Booy, Tagbilaran City.
Suspect Theresa F. Tapuroc, a housemaid, yielded one pack of suspected shabu weighing around 25 grams with an estimated market value of P170,000, buy-bust money, and other non-drug evidence.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Bohol and Tagbilaran City said Tapuroc was subjected to a two-week surveillance prior to the buy-bust.
Cases for violation of Sec. 5 in relation to Sec. 26, Art. II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being readied for filing in court against the suspect.
