Tagbilaran City will provide free Covid-19 vaccines for all its residents, its mayor said Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
In a Facebook post, Mayor Baba Yap said the budget for Covid-19 vaccine was included this year’s budget. Although he didn’t specify how much the city government will earmark from its savings for the Covid-19 vaccination program.
The elderly and vulnerable would be a priority group.
“Kani e hatag nga LIBRE. Unahon nato ang mga SENIOR CITIZENS sa Tagbilaran City,” Yap said.
He said senior citizens who would like to avail the vaccine should pre-register.
