At least P20,000 worth of suspected illegal drugs were confiscated in a buy-bust operation in Purok 3, Barangay Ubujan, Tagbilaran Wednesday night, Dec. 9.
Arrested by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) – Bohol and Tagbilaran police was Richard Don Palacio, 39, resident of Barangay Ubujan.
Palacio was identified as a target listed personality operating in Tagbilaran City and nearby municipalities.
Recovered from the suspects were 11 sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 3 grams worth P20,400, buy bust money and other non drug evidences.
The suspect is currently under police custody, and will be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
