Tagbilaran reports 3 new Covid-19 cases

At least three new coronavirus disease (Covid-19) patients were reported in Tagbilaran City on Sunday, July 26.

Tagbilaran City Mayor John Geesnell “Baba” Yap, in his Facebook page, said that two locally stranded individuals (LSIs) and one authorized persons outside residence (APOR) tested positive for the coronavirus disease (Covid- 19) in a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.

The 32-year-old male APOR arrived last July 18 from Mandaue City, Cebu while the 23-year-old LSI arrived last July 14 and a 20-year-old male LSI arrived last July 15 through sweeper flights.

Yap said the three patients showed no symptoms.

As of July 26, Tagbilaran has 24 confirmed Covid-19 cases with six (6) active cases, 18 recoveries and no death.
