There are new nine cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) reported in Bohol on Saturday, June 20, 2020.
Bohol Governor Arthur Yap said nine locally stranded individuals (LSIs)— two from Candijay, two from Talibon, two from Loon, two from Tubigon and one from Inabanga town—were positive from their transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test.
Yap said the nine LSIs were isolated in their towns’ quarantine facilities.
As of June 20, there are 27 Covid cases in Bohol – 17 active cases, 9 recoveries and one death.
Yap appealed to Boholanos to follow health protocols.
” Balikon ko sa paghangyo ang tanan nga atong sundon ang mga simpleng mando sa social distancing, pagsul-ob sa facemask ug ang pagbaton sa kalimpyo. Likayan nato ang tapok-tapok ug kung mahimo, magpujo ta sa atong mga panimalay kung walay importanteng lakwon sa gawas. Ang responsibilidad aron makalikay kita sa sakit anaa kanatong tanan. Buhaton nato ang atong parte, ampingan ug protektahan nato ang atong kaugalingon. Manghinaut ko sa inyong suporta ug kooperasyon, ” Yap said.
