A senior citizen of Barangay Pagahat in Alicia town was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday.
Juanito Penaso, 60, was caught in a buy-bust operation by the Alicia Police Station at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18 at Purok 2 in Barangay Pagahat, Alicia.
Recovered from Penaso were small sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P2,000.
Penaso was charged with violations of Section 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
