Emergency services were called to the reported road crash in Maribjoc town shortly after 4 p.m. on Friday.
The fatalities were identified as Bryan Salutan, a resident of Antequera town and Archie Peñalosa, a resident of Tubigon.
According to Master Sgt. Esmeraldo Renova Jr. of Maribojoc PNP, Peñalosa tried to overtook a car and hit an approaching motorcycle driven by Salutan.
The two motorcycles were the only vehicles involved in the crash.
The pair were brought to a hospital but they later died.
