A police officer was shot dead by unidentified men in Barangay Guiwanon, Maribojoc town, past 8 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2020.
The victim, whose name is withheld pending police confirmation, was on board his vehicle when ambushed.
Maribojoc Police Station has yet to give further details since the responding team are still at crime scene.
