The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has suspended sea travel in Bohol as Storm Signal No. 1 is still hoisted over the province on Christmas Day, December 25.

As of 8 a.m. severe weather bulletin on Wednesday, Pagasa said Ursula maintains its strength while moving westward off the coast of Capiz.

A 7 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon Ursula was located 30 km Northwest of Roxas City, Capiz or 95 km South Southeast of Romblon, Romblon (11.8°N, 122.6°E).
