The 30th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) is exciting because of hot and cool athletes that do their thing.
Swiss Filipina Diana Timbal Bühler, who is part of the 16-strong national team for 30th SEA Games obstacle sports, is one of them.

Obstacle Sports/ Obstacle Course Racing , which is fast gaining popularity worldwide, is a sport in which a competitor, traveling on foot, must overcome various physical challenges that are in the form of obstacles.

Diana grew up in Barangay Ubujan in Tagbilaran City and Alicia where her mother Virginia hails from.
Last May, she competed in the Spartan 2019 SEA Regional Series where she won first place.
She also won the Overall Age Group South East Asia Series.

Bühler is teamed up with Rochelle Suarez, Milky Mae Tejares, Sandi Abahan, Glorien Merisco, Kaizen Dela Serna, Deanne Moncada, and Klymille Rodriguez in the female side.
The six gold medals to be disputed in the sport that is making its first appearance in the SEA Games will come in the men’s and women’s individual 5 km x 20 obstacles, men’s and women’s 100m x 10 obstacles, and the 400m x 12 obstacles team assist and team relay.
