A veterinarian was arrested on Friday morning (November 8) after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) to a police undercover agent in Barangay Booy in Tagbilaran City.
Homer Singco, 40, a native of Jagna town, caught with the narcotic and the P1,000 marked bill used in the operation, said Tagbilaran City police chief Lieutenant Colonel Oscar Boyles.
Siezed from Singco were sachets of suspected shabu worth P27, 200.
According to Tagbilaran Police, Sincgo was a high value target.
