Sachets of shabu were accidentally found by a 44-year-old motorela driver in the coastal Barangay of Cantagay in Jagna town on Friday morning.

Police Master Sergeant Remegio Acedo of Jagna Police Station, said the incident happened at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 8.

The driver (name withheld) told Jagna police that while he took a pee in a secluded area, he noticed a black sling bag at the top of a stone.

Since no other persons were in the area, the driver took the bag. He was surprised when he saw nine sachets of suspected shabu inside it.

Terrified, he went to his family and asked for help in the barangay to surrender the bag to the police station.

He was accompanied by barangay captain Alejandro Raña Sr. of Barangay Tejero.

During the inventory headed by
Jagna chief of police Major Joseph Puyod Berondo, the sachets of suspected shabu have an estimated value of P 275,400.

Until now, no one dared to claim it.
