Some trips from Bohol were suspended today, September 13, because of “rough sea conditions” in the area.

Fast craft Ocean Jet suspended their Dumaguete trips at 7:30 a.m. and 9:30.a.m.

Trips for Ocean Jet bound for Getafe town in Bohol province scheduled between 8:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. were cancelled, including its 6:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 12:30.p.m. trips to Cebu.

MV Island Beri suspended its 11:15 a.m. trip from Tagbilaran City to Cebu City.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a gale warning that cautioned seafarers, fishermen and residents of coastal villages.

Tropical depression Marilyn enhanced by the southwest monsoon, which is prevalent in the second half of the year, has brought in the ugly weather.
