CEBU CITY — Lite Ferries will increase its existing base tariff rates by 10% starting September 23, 2026, citing the continued rise in fuel prices.
In an advisory posted on its official Facebook page, the shipping company informed passengers and shippers of the fare adjustment and sought their understanding.
Lite Ferries said the increase is intended to address the impact of rising fuel costs while continuing to provide safe, reliable and comfortable sea travel.
The new rates will take effect on Wednesday, September 23.
