TAGBILARAN CITY — A family in Ubay town received a new home under the Philippine National Police (PNP) Bohol’s housing initiative, marking another milestone in its community outreach efforts.
The Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) on Thursday, April 16, 2026, led the turnover ceremony of the 116th beneficiary of Libreng Alagad ug Balay (Project Lab) , a program that provides free housing to deserving families.
Recipients Emma Cuysona and Ralp Ryan Tutor of Barangay Biabas, Ubay, were formally awarded their new home in a ceremony attended by police officials and local leaders.
The project, implemented in partnership with Balay sa Paglaum, underscores the PNP’s commitment not only to maintaining peace and order but also to addressing the social needs of communities, particularly by providing decent shelter to families in need.

Officials credited the continued success of the program to the support of Governor Aris Aumentado, Rep. Van-van Aumentado, Ubay Mayor Violeta Reyes, and the leadership of BPPO Provincial Director Col. Patricio Degay Jr.
Police authorities said the initiative reflects a broader mission of service, extending beyond law enforcement to community development and humanitarian assistance.
