Veteran broadcaster Tibbs Bullecer has been elected as the new president of the Bohol Tri-Media Association (BTMA) following the organization’s recent elections.

The election was held on Sunday, February 1, during BTMA’s general gathering at Dumaluan Beach Resort in Panglao, Bohol, which brought together media practitioners from radio, print, and online platforms across the province.

Bullecer, vice mayor of Loay and anchor of “Inyong Alagad” on dyRD, succeeded Ric Obedencio, who served as BTMA president from 2024 to 2026. His election reflects the confidence of the local media community in his leadership and long-standing commitment to ethical and responsible journalism.
