The ceremony was led by Police Colonel Patricio Degay Jr., provincial director of BPPO, and supported by Governor Erico Aristotle Aumentado, represented by Vice Governor Nicanor Besas.
The event symbolized unity and preparedness among all forces to ensure peace and order during the observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days.
A total of 2,860 personnel will be deployed across the province as part of the province-wide security and safety operations. Of this number, 926 are police officers, 536 come from other law enforcement agencies, and 1,398 are force multipliers who will assist in maintaining order and public safety.

Meanwhile, 260 police officers, 158 personnel from other agencies, and 258 force multipliers will be stationed at churches, transport terminals, and tourist destinations, while also serving as a Reactionary Standby Support Force in case of emergencies.
A solemn prayer led by Rev. Fr. Rey Omamalin was offered for the safety and success of the mission. Officers and volunteers were also recognized for their commitment and service.
In his message delivered by Besas, Aumentado emphasized that the presence of uniformed personnel provides assurance of public safety and serves as a deterrent to criminal activity.
Under the leadership of Degay, the Bohol Police vowed to remain dedicated in serving and protecting the people for a peaceful and meaningful observance of Undas 2025.
