Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (AIC) has launched AeroConnect, a biweekly digital newsletter from AIC Airports that delivers the latest updates on airport developments, travel deals, and destination highlights.

Unveiled online on September 22, AeroConnect is designed as a one-stop hub for travelers and trade partners seeking timely insights, special offers, and tourism news.

“Through AeroConnect, we aim to strengthen connections between airports, travelers, and partners. We envision AIC Airports as gateways for travel and catalysts for discovery, experience, and economic growth,” said AIC President & CEO Cosette V. Canilao.

Each issue features curated sections such as:

On The Radar – Airport and flight updates

Partner Advantage – Trade opportunities and collaborations

Getaway Exclusives – Deals and promotions

Roam Report – Travel trends and tourism insights

Where To Go? – Destination spotlights

“With AeroConnect, we bring the best of the travel world straight to readers’ inboxes—sparking more journeys and creating opportunities for our partners,” added Rafael Aboitiz, AIC Vice President and Head of Airports Business.

The newsletter complements AIC’s airport portfolio, which includes the award-winning Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA), Laguindingan International Airport (LIA), and Bohol-Panglao International Airport (BPIA). MCIA, recently named Best Airport in Asia-Pacific (5–15 million passengers category) by Airports Council International, has also rolled out new connectivity programs such as CebConnects, Ceb+, and Ceb Balik for more seamless passenger experiences.

AIC’s airport initiatives form part of the Aboitiz Group’s Great Transformation, aligning infrastructure development with trade, tourism, and cultural exchange.
