Four new positive cases of Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) were reported in Bohol on Saturday night, July 4.
Governor Art Yap in a Facebook post said two (2) are from Tagbilaran City and another two (2) from Getafe town.
These new cases are locally stranded individuals (LSIs) who went back home to Bohol.
Yap said the patients are now isolated at the municipal quarantine facilities.
The governor also reported that two LSIs from Candijay and one LSI from Tagbilaran also tested positive for the repeat PCR test.
“Pahimangno alang sa tanan, dili ta mokumpyansa. Kinahanglan sundon gihapon nato ang minimum health standards aron makalikay kita nga matakbuyan sa sakit,” Yap said.
According to Department of Health (DOH) Central Visayas Center for Health Development, as of July 4 at 5 p.m., there are 45 confirmed cases in Bohol with 29 active cases, 18 recoveries and one death.
