CALAPE, Bohol – Governor Aris Aumentado on Wednesday turned over a total of P575,000 in financial assistance to three barangays in Calape.
The governor, together with Vice Governor Nick Besas and municipal officials, visited Barangay Bonbon for the distribution of aid, which will fund priority projects in the following barangays:
₱200,000 for the improvement of the Bonbon Multi-purpose Building, received by Barangay Captain Joseph S. Cagasan through the Governor’s Office. ₱200,000 for the installation of solar street lights in Barangay Tinibgan, received by Barangay Captain Adolfo N. Otar through the Governor’s Office. ₱175,000 for the construction of a canal/waterway in Barangay Sta. Cruz, received by Barangay Captain Sergio Tesorio through the request of the provincial board members.
Aumentado said the provincial government remains committed to supporting community projects that improve the lives of Boholanos.
