CEBU CITY – Bohol Board Member Jamie Aumentado Villamor was re-elected as chairperson of the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) – Bohol Chapter during the group’s assembly on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Bai Hotel in Cebu City.
Villamor will continue to lead the provincial chapter of NMYL, an organization of young lawmakers that serves as a platform for collaboration and policy development among emerging leaders nationwide.
In her message, Villamor expressed gratitude to her fellow young legislators for the renewed trust and confidence, vowing to pursue more programs and initiatives that will empower youth leaders and strengthen local governance in Bohol.
The NMYL, composed of legislators aged 40 and below, aims to foster cooperation among local officials in crafting innovative and progressive legislation for the benefit of their respective constituencies.
