SIKATUNA, Bohol – Thousands of Boholanos received livelihood, health, agricultural, and educational assistance as the “Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat” caravan was held at the Sikatuna Gymnasium on Saturday, September 13, in time for President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s 68th birthday.
The one-stop caravan brought together national and provincial agencies, including Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (Bfar), Department of Education (DepEd), which distributed livelihood grants, farm inputs, health services, business support, and land titles to beneficiaries across the province. Senior citizens received medicines and financial aid, farmers obtained livestock and seedlings, cooperatives were granted livelihood packages, and students were given school supplies and learning materials.
Governor Erico Aristotle Aumentado said the initiative reflects government’s effort to bring essential services directly to the grassroots: “This is the kind of service that brings the vision of a Bagong Pilipinas closer to every Boholano.”

Sikatuna Mayor Justiniana Ellorimo welcomed the event, noting it was the first time her town hosted such a large-scale activity. DepEd Undersecretary Trygve Olaivar, representing Malacañang, emphasized that the program demonstrates compassion in governance and ensures “no Filipino community is left behind.”
The event was capped with the turnover of assistance from multiple agencies, alongside medical and dental services, business facilitation, and job profiling for employment seekers.
A day earlier, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) also distributed 22 land titles to government units and schools during a separate activity at the Bohol Provincial Capitol, further securing public institutions’ ownership of key properties.
